It hasn't been printing when I do that eitherl Technician's Assistant: Does anything change if you turn the printer off and then on again? I can't print anything? would this have to to with the last Microsoft update that was done on my computer a couple of nights ago? Maybe I need to reload the printer?

I'm trying to print Business cards from Avery that I made and the printer is just not responding.

I have unplugged the cord to the computer and printer then plugged it back in and it wants to set up with my Wi-fi but I'm plugged into my computer so why would I need to set up my Wi-fi with the printer when I'm hard lined to it? Now the computer will not print onto the printer. I had the printer connected to my computer and the ink was not printing colors so I did all the checks/tests on the printer and now have the colors working.
